Clowncoder
This software is a tool to monitor linux qdiscs behaviour. It displays all the parameters associated to a queue: enqueues, dequeues, drops, size of queues, delay in the queues.

I have done tests of both htb and hfsc qdiscs to show the use of the old monitoring tool. The results are exposed below.
